Who is the most improved player?

Postby Super GM » Mon May 05, 2003 7:44 am

Since we allready have several strings with "who is the best player in baseball?" and "who sucks", etc. Now lets see who the Most Improved Player is.

My vote goes to Marcus Giles (2B-Atl) He has been outstanding so far. What do you guys think? Who's your most improved player in the MLB?

Alfonso Soriano. He sucked for a season or two.
The odds of the AL MVP coming from the American League are looking pretty good.

My vote is for Sosa. I remember when the guy used to swing at everything. He looked like he was going to be a Jeremy Burnitz type of player and then boom. He learned the strikezone, got better pitches and improved in every area of his hitting.

So far this season, I'd say Florida's Alex Gonzalez takes this category by a solid margin; the question is whether he can keep it up...

I agree with Arlo. Alex Gonzalez is knocking the cover off the ball right now.

If its the most improved purely over last year, i think that Juan Gone and Carl Everett need considerations

I would also like to throw a vote in for Preston Wilson if we are talking about improvement over last year.
