I'm in the same boat as you, I guess I'm gonna give him until June, then cut him loose if he can't get his shit together. Reminds me of slump Koskie had after his monster year.

I know he's performing way below his potential and I'm not too sure how much he will rebound.....Sorry guys.
Yes doctor, I am sick.
Sick of those who are spineless.

Sick of those who are hypocrites.
Yes doctor, an army is forming.
Yes doctor, there will be a war.
Yes doctor, there will be blood.....

he's inconsistent as hell. but he does get a lot of doubles when he does hit. but there's not that many third basemen out there to trade for.

I dropped him today.

Don't expect too much - I think he just got overrated because he was Rookie of the Year.

99 runs, 158 hits, 24 homers, 84 ribbies, 128 whiffs, .279 average.

Decent, but there's no reason to expect more. He doesn't hit for great average, and his homers don't make up that like they do in the case of Troy Glaus. He scored lots of runs, but this year he's way down in the order. And he still whiffs a lot.

Ditch him.
The odds of the AL MVP coming from the American League are looking pretty good.
