To give a player eligibility at a new position. Aubrey Huff has played sparingly at first base but has no eligibility in the outfield on Yahoo?

What about for RP to SP. Scot Shields would make a really nice Johan Santana type clone andhe's started two games already but he's not SP elgible. What's with that?
The odds of the AL MVP coming from the American League are looking pretty good.

According to Yahoo:

"Pitchers need to make three starts to become eligible as a starter, and five relief appearances to qualify as a reliever."

So one more start and he should have the option of being an SP ;-D

Wow if Huff plays eight more games at third base he would quailfy there as well. He could potentialy be a great pickup.
