Dunno, but I hoped for 10-15. Seems he's easily going to pass my expectations. Shame I only got him in one league. :-/

I dont think he will steal more that about 20, I just dealt him, with his 7th counting for me today. So assuming I am correct, I got 1/3 of his SB's in about 15 some games before dealing him off...

On the other hand, if he steals 40 bags I look like a jackass :-o

With the way he is running if he stays healthy I think we are looking at 30 minimum.

Bottom line is you gotta feel good for Torii. He's one of the nice guys in baseball.

I asked this in another post...

Does anyone know if Tori has stolen this many bases in so few games played before?

Why the sudden explosion?

This is crazy.. I mean he has to get more than 20 at this rate right? He's halfway there through 16 games. I know this pace won't continue, but isn't a .280 20 HR 40 SB line looking at least reasonable now? I'm lovin' it! ;-D
...Boston papers now and then suffer a sharp flurry of arithmetic on this score; indeed, for Williams to have distributed all his hits so they did nobody else any good would constitute a feat of placement unparalleled in the annals of selfishness. -Updike

I think Torii will get 30 Sbs for sure. He's not even close to being thrown out right now, and before the year, he talked about stealing more this year. Also, if you remember last year, there was a point when he just started getting great jumps, and could almost steal at will, and that has continued this year.
