Anyone know how Foppert is looking in the minors so far? He might make a nice mid-season pickup if he gets traded / a spot in the Giants rotation.

He's pitching fairly well, except he is walking to many guys. He should get a shot later this year when either someone gets hurt, or whenever the Giants figure out Tomko and Reuter are quite bad.

he had a pretty good shot at making the line up out of ST. also, BP is very high on him and sees 2006 as a possible break out year, and noted ACE Potential he should have pretty good #'s for this year as well. i could see him getting called up as early as May 05 maybe as a RP or as a SP
