Better DL stash player...

Who would you rather stash away on the DL

Wily Mo Pena or Jeff Bagwell?
Fantasy sports are ruled by the 50-50-90 rule...

Anytime you have a 50/50 choice between two players, 90% of the time, you'll get it wrong

Well, assuming you have a decent option at 1B, I would rather have Pena and hope that someone gets dealt by the Reds. I personally don't see them dealing Kearns, but who knows. Bagwell's arm is gonna fall off his body, and I would just rather have potential/production then Bagwell-former-shell-of-self-production.

I agree. Bagwell appears to just be out there taking up space trying to get from one cortisone shot to the next at times. :,-( I think Pena's got a lot more upside, especially if Cincy does make a deal, though even if they don't (appears to be the more likely scenario) he should get good enough PT to be a viable fantasy option.

I think of Bagwell as the Giambi of the NL in a lot of ways, although he hasn't fallen as far. Pass.

Pena forsure, and I don't even like Wily Mo.

Too bad how far Bagwell has fallen :,-(

Both are part of a rotation based lineup with Pena seeing less playing time in the long run. While I will not argue that Willy is a better player this season – it’s a hard call a winner. That Reds OF is way crowded with long contracts which means less playing time for Willy. And if Jeff doesn't wake up, his value will continue to decrease insanely fast.

I would take Pena over Bagwell but if I could take someone else I would.... Probably the Big Hurt!
