Tone in Seattle regarding Beltre

If you watch him swing you see he's opening up far too early. Last year he stayed back on the ball (even the breaking ball). Whether it was due to the foot injury or some other reason, I don't know, but he's not doing it this year. Until he fixes it he's worthless.

Well, it sounds like this all has a simple solution. Someone just has to bust his foot again. C'mon, Bret, those weights ain't doing you any good anymore without the juice, so why don't just drop a dumbbell on ol' Adrian's foot? At best, Beltre can limp his way back to stardom. At worst, he'll go on the DL and free up a spot for someone productive for all his owners. Wait a second, I don't own Beltre in any of my leagues. Forget I said anything. That plan will never work.
