Whats Konerko batting? Like .230? No way he does better than Helton, he has to do something at some point. I like Helton, Anderson, Konerko, Sosa

Helton is hitting .258, so whats your point?

I think Helton and Konerko will be close, Konerko is a second half player and his power is obviously for real, he's in a much much stronger lineup and Helton may be traded away from Coors.

Anderson is better than Sosa who will probably get hurt again and miss more time.

8-o
Helton is a career .335 hitter.
Konerko is at .276.
let's not forget that Konerko hit .234 in 2003.
Helton's lowest BA was .315 (excluding his first season which was only 35 games).
Helton has definitely struggled, but he's too good and I would bet he gets hot again very soon.
My apologies. I have a nephew named Anfernee, and I know how mad he gets when I call him Anthony. Almost as mad as I get when I think about the fact that my sister named him Anfernee.

I think Helton and Konerko should be pretty even. Konerko's power and RBIs should make up for the loss in AVG.

Helton
Anderson
Sosa
Konerko

I just don't like Konerko's career stats and believe more in his .230 avg this year than his HR totals.
