Vidro Stinks Vs. Righties..Owns Lefties?

Postby acsguitar » Thu Jul 07, 2005 11:32 am

I didn't realize it but with Weeks now on my team and Vidro getting back I was looking to who I should start.

Points per AB in my points league vidro gets like .29 vs Righties.

Versus Lefties he gest .75! Thats huge!

Basically he has 1 HR versus RIghties and bats 263.

However, if you look at his past stats they are pretty much even...

Hmm..Will he get hot Versus righties?? Or will he continue to bash lefties this year ?
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment

What you are citing is almost certainly an aberration due to small sample size. Over Vidro's career, he actually has a slightly better OPS performance against righties.

A smarter way to platoon Vidro is home/road given that he plays in a severe pitcher's park.

;-D I like this analysis better than the original one. I'd probably be playing Weeks over him just about every day, actually, at this point, regardless.
