Start Foppert Tonight?

He is pitching against Brown in LA...... I am leaning towards benching him because he is inconsistant. Thoughts?
Go Giants, that means you too Barry. Think you can run over to catch the ball for us? Jeez, thanks.

Start him. I think the Giants will get to Brown tonight.

Take that last piece of advice with a grain of salt after looking at the poster's handle.

Even so, just ask yourself this question: If you can't start him against the worst offensive team in the NL, then why is he on your roster?

Start him with confidence in pitcher friendly LA. Tonights game has 2-1 or 3-2 written all over it.

I started Brown and Foppert both. My other options were sitting one of those guys to play Ramon Ortiz in Seattle or Peavy in Colorado. I didn't like either option. So I'm hoping, and honestly believe, that a pitchers' duel might take place.

Agreed. It has all the makings of a pitcher's duel.
