Help Me Out. Who Do I Drop For Durham

Postby YankFan51 » Tue Jun 17, 2003 10:18 pm

My team is

C- Kendall
1B- Thome
2B- Vidro
SS- Nomar
3B- Pujols
OF- Bonds
OF- Beltran
OF- Berkman
Util- P. Wilson
Bench- Gibbons, Catalanatto

SP- Wolf
SP- Odalis
SP- Seo
SP- Washburn
SP- Pedro
SP- W. Miller
RP- Dejean
RP- Nelson
RP- Alfonseca
RP- Borowski
RP- Politte
DL- Schilling
DL- Sasaki

I was thinking Alfonseca, but couldn't he win back the closer role?

I'm thinking you drop Catalonotto or Gibbons. More likely Gibbons. It just seems really redundant to have those 2 guys and Durham.

Well, Gibbons is good for pop off the bench.

Dropping either 3 of the previously mentioned will be fine. Durham is a stud. I'd easily start him over Vidro as long as he's batting in front of barry bonds.

Batting in front of barry bonds is the most coveted batting spot in baseball.

No way drop Gibbons. You have a ton of rp. Alfonseca, Nelson could go.

I'd dump catalanotto or alfonsucka. gibbons is on pace for about 120 rbis and 30 something hr. you should be able to trade him for something of value since your OF is jacked.

The Cat. Gibbons has good pop, while Alfonseca will probably win the closer's job back soon, since Borowski is beginning to slow down. Dusty did say that he wants AA closing when he's ready.
