So far he has worked almost every batter to a full count! He needs to relax and start locating his pitches!

I just saw a stat that said he'd gone to a 3 ball count to 8 out of 10 batters faced. Ouch. :-/

That guy pissed me off long ago. Since we use K/BB and BB as two of the pitcher categories in my league, he REALLY pissed me off. I don't have time for dudes like him who piss me off so he met the waiver wire and of course was picked up. He got a couple good wins I think but I don't give a shit. To all fantasy baseball players like Russ Ortiz: IF YOU PISS ME OFF YOU'LL SEE THE WAIVER WIRE SUCKAZ!!!!!!!
The odds of the AL MVP coming from the American League are looking pretty good.

He just pitched to Bobby Abreu- He had an 0-2 count on him after three pitches. Abreu worked him for nine pitches and got himself a walk.

I think you need to cut Russ some slack. The guy isn't overpowering so he actually has to pitch. He's a pretty damn good pitcher too.
