Who would you rather have?

Given the choice of Burnitz or Griffey, who would you rather have on your roster?

Giffey, is not reliable.

Burnitz has only has Floyd hitting around him.

Thoughts?

Griffey. Even with the injury problem. Burnitz is just way too streaky for me.

Are those really your only choices?

Griffey will give you more if they are both healthy. Burnitz doesn't have enough lineup support to knock in a lot of runs, plus he typically doesn't hit for good enough average. Of course, he does tend to stay healthy longer...

The other choice would be to make room for both by droping Santana. I have had Santana for a couple of his starts and wanted to keep him for when / if he becomes a start this year. I do not think that he is far off from becoming a full time starter.

B-) I would think....with your possible choices....to stick with Griffey Jr...the Reds a playing better....hotter...and then stay tuned to the injury listings for him.... B-)
