Perez is going up against Schmidt in San Fran. I am thinking of sitting him. Do you think its a good idea? LA doesn't usually give much run support.

I am starting him. He is due for a good outing, LA is on a tear (8 straight wins), and SF's offense has looked awful. It's also in pitcher's paradise Dodger Stadium, so he will get you nice ERA and WHIP likely even if he doesn't get the win.

Never start him. He's a bitch and he pissed me off already this year. One year wonder.
The odds of the AL MVP coming from the American League are looking pretty good.

If you actually look closer at his game log, he was cruising along with stats on par with last year until he had one bad start at Coors Field. He then probably lost some confidence from that start, and gave up 6 ER at home in a start. Take out those two bad starts, and he has an ERA in the low 3.00's and a WHIP of like 1.15. He is fine and not a one year wonder and will rebound.
