Roy Halladay ranking????

Postby Big Tiex » Mon Feb 27, 2006 8:18 pm

i have seen him ranked as low as the 14 SP but others including me have him near the top 4/5. I cant understand how some are saying they are scared because he may be "injury prone" but that was a freak accident and he was well on his way of winning the Cy-Young. Where would you rank him with SP and y?????

I'd rank him top 5.

Simply because he is a powerful pitcher. He's somewhat undervalued because he plays in Toronto, but he's a great pitcher. He's got the stuff to get people out. He's a real horse with his innings pitched too.

Look at what he was doing before he got injured last year. One can only hope he'll bring that into this year.

I'd say he is still top 10. He doesn't K nearly enough for me to satisfy me as a top 5 starter but he is still a great anchor. Addition of offense and Ryan can only help him.

I'm just hoping I can get my hands on him. I'd easily be happy with him as my No. 1. I can see him top 5 easy.

Cool. I don't have Carpenter in mine but Prior instead.
