Best: trading Isringhousen, Reitsma and Sheffield to get Abreu and Carpenter.

Worst: Not grabbing Papalbon during the first week of the season.

That's a sweet trade right there. Papelbon, though, you will be kicking yourself for a while over.

These moves were mostly last year in my dynasty league, but they bear mentioning.

Good:
Grabbed utley at begining of season off waivers as my draft pick

Got Shelton in mid-may when bagwell was lost for the season, haven't looked back with him.

Grabbed the following pitchers:
C. Young
E. Santana
Z Duke
M. Cain

Acquiring Jason bay for garret anderson and duke late in the season

trading sabathia and c. everett for abreu after an icy may for bob

The Bad

grabbing t. stauffer, j. francis, and numerous other busts

giving griffeyand b. lawrence away for wily mo pena and dallas mcpherson

Injuries to rolen, helton, bagwell, and randy wolf derailed my season, but i'm well stocked for the future now with a roster of middle aged superstars and up and coming pitchers

Best:
Drafting Shelton in 3 out of 4 leagues
Picking up Granderson in 2 of those
Picking Turnbow in all 4
Worst:
Picking Brad Wilkerson in 2
Dropping Willingham for Ramon Hernandez
Picking John Smoltz

Best: Not much, well, I traded away Doug Davis and Kazmir for Zito, but didn't start Zito both times. That's not that great, so I'll add that I picked up Escobar and started him against the Yanks ;-D

Worst: Letting Shelton sit on the FA for three games...
