This guy is frustrated as hell. He's now ready to quit the league if it doesn't get fixed. As the commish, is there any way I can intercede and reach a human at yahoo to get the guy's password?
The guy is one of the founders of the league from 20 years ago.

Can you make his changes in the interim until he gets his PW issues fixed?

Does he know his security question with Yahoo!? If he does he can click the "Forgot Your Password?" thing where you log in, answer the question, and change his password.

All he has to do is click "Forgot Password" and they can e-mail him the password. It's not brain surgery.

No, he doesn't sound like an idiot. What he sounds like is a guy who's been in a league for 20 yrs. A league that is now moving to Yahoo from another format. Sounds like the guy had to set up a Yahoo account just for the league and lost his password.

He sounds like an old guy who isn't good with computers, but he doesn't sound like an idiot.
