Which pitchers can throw 97+

There's lots of pitchers that can hit high 90's, however, they choose not to to pace themselves. For example, in Zambrano's case, his pitches have more movement on them when he keeps it in the 92-95 range. The Smoltz scenario mentioned above is very true as well....don't have to pace yourself when coming outta the bullpen for an inning or two, so you can really let loose. Same thing Woody did coming outta the pen at the end of last year...he was throwing consisently in the high 90's and occasional 100.
