I had him down for....

.278 avg
24 hr
82 rbi
70 runs
3 sb

So i'd say he is been a surprise thus far in the season, exceeding my expectations in his first year.

I guess I expected more RBIs, but thats a given with the young team not being ale to get on base as well as some of the other teams. Lee leaving will also hurt might I add.

I have him in my dynasty so I'm not complaining, I just haven't called him up yet because I am waiting for a break out (don't ask, I have no room to call him up because he would just be on my bench).
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!

You only expected 22 HR's but more RBI than he is on pace for right now (around 90)? :-?

Look at Zito's location. 8-o

What's up, ZIG? The dude's on pace for 32 homers, and he's 22! He's even stealing bases! I don't know anyone that predicted 40 homers--these numbers are exactly what everyone was hoping for.

What a strange thread.

I own Fielder, and have been happy with his production. He's played in my Util spot all season long, as Howard occupies 1B. You think he'll hit 22 HRs? AS many before me have stated, he already has 16 dingers. Only if he slumps badly in the 2nd half will he do that.

I think some miss the point that I predicted 22-24 HRs at the beggining of the season, and not right now. I believe he, like most players, will get tired as the season wears him down. As of right now I expect 28 HRs with about 85 RBIs. I'm fine with the HRs, just looking for more RBIs from his hitting position.

I still think you're low-balling him. I think he's only going to hit better as the season wears on... but that's just my opinion. I don't think 35+ jacks is out of the question right now.

I actually predicted Fielder to hit more homers than Howard this year. 8-o It was more my confidence that Howard would slump than Prince being a complete monster, but at least I was half right. Sort of. Not really. :*)
Is there anything fluffier than a cloud?
If there is, I don't want to know about it.
