The guy is human, and appears to be back on the planet. He was on pace for an amazing season before the injury. It was likely he would slow down at some point. I wouldn't worry about him though.

I have him in a keeper league and got stupid offers for him when he went down.

this "slump" kind of sucks, yes. On the other hand, he missed a few weeks, and it took forever for players to even catch up to him. If he missed all the way up to the true midpoint of the season, we are still talking about a 50 homer guy *(based on pace). Taking a bagel in that slot would have still put you ahead of the curve. and you got to add other stats to it while he was down. So, I don't think its that big of a deal really. just rust.

His timing is still off. He's out in front of a lot of pitches.

Yep, Juan Pierre stole all of his steroids. ;-7

That's exactly what it is. He looks healthy and comfortable at the plate...he's just been out in front on the ball so he's not driving it as much as he had been. And even with his timing off he's still hit a few to the track and one out of the park. ;-D

Is this a subtle way of gloating? "Look, my only complaint about my team is Pujols is slumping."

You must have bigger problems with your roster than worrying about Pujols. If I had him, I would never even track his stats. Just pencil his name in every day (when not hurt, of course) and worry about the rest of my team.

Cafe should have an "uncomplainables" list like Yahoo has undroppables. LOL.

WEBHAMSTER: "What's wrong with" posts are forbidden for the following players:
Pujols
Santana
Arod
Soriano
Manny
Prior (after all, what did you expect? ;-) )
Wood (ditto)

Who else should be on the no complaint list?

Don't mean to call you out, Young 8. Just having fun. I'm going to make a separate thread about this, as I find it kind of amusing.
