He's better than Mazz & Rizzuto but many players that are, aren't in the hall of fame. But yeah, I say he makes it.

Starting in 94, the Bagwell and Biggio were the Astros. Those two were arguably top 10 players in the game during their peak.

I only mention Bagwell because I can't imagine Biggio in the Hall without him.

Agree - thing Bags is in as well.

BTW, I am curious as to when Bagwell is eligible. Since he didn't play last year (though he did try in ST), but has not officially retired yet, when is he elgible? 5 years after his last game (such that 2006 was year 1 if he doesn't play again)? Or 5 years after his "official" retirement?
