If you decide to keep him after tonight's debacle, do NOT start him on the road again. He is terrible on the road and couldn't get a little leaguer out unless it was at home.:-P

Thanks for the tip Lofunzo. I had been following that rule of thumb but Odie tricked me and had a good outing on the road (maybe in Chicago?) a week or 2 ago, so I started him. Bastid ;-) LOL

I agree. If anyone starts him on the road after tonight, they are asking for their era/whip to skyrocket.

Haha, sucks to be us. But you're right, at least I'm not alone. My expression at times like these is "If you're gonna do something that makes you look like a jackass, make sure youre not the ONLY jackass" And Odalis certainly made me, brunette, and many others look like jackasses. :-b

Oh well, at least I already clinched first in that league like 3 weeks ago.

He got absolutely crushed. I read in spring training he played winter ball after pitching 200 + innings last year. I wouldn't think a guy who had the year he had in 2002 would play winter ball, buyt that is one reason I've stayed away. Perhaps mis-information served me well.

I think he'll bump your season ERA up about .10. I'm guesstimating, so if you played him, I'd be interested in seeing what it really is.
