I am leanin towards the A's not because i am an Oakland fan but they took 2/3 from the angels without bradley in the last two games, their hottest hitter(.393 since the DL).
Both are good teams that needed to add a bat before the trade deadline but didnt.

What do you think

i personally love the a's (favourite team other than the jays)

but if you want to get some more discussion going you might want to post it here ;-D

first might want to search the leftovers forum to see if there are any threads on it.. and if not post one ;-D

Agreed. The Rangers. ;-D

And the Ranger's offense is just now waking up. B-)

you can have the best lineup but still lose games because of your pitching

Says the guy who's team is exactly tied in runs scored and runs allowed.

The Angels have scored 19 more runs than runs allowed.

The Rangers have scored 29 more runs than runs allowed.

Millwood
Eaton
Padilla
Koronka
Wells

Millwood/Eaton/Padilla are a pretty decent 1/2/3. Agreed that Koronka and Wells are a below average 4/5, but to be honest, without Harden the A's pitching isn't exactly stellar either:

Zito
Haren
Blanton
Loaiza
Saarlos/Komine

Not too much different, IMO. Compare the offensive power and it's not even a comparison between the two teams.

I think it will be a tight race with the Rangers coming out ahead, barely.
