neshek is good, also check out Mark Lowe. He has been awesome and ive watched him pitch a couple times...the guy is for real, hes got a big league fastball and great offspeed stuff

Yeah, Neshek is good. The only reason that I don't have him is that my league is 6x6, where holds is the 6th pitching cat. Neshek never pitches in a hold situation. Otherwise, he's great.[/code]
