Kim has been surprisingly good starting for the Rockies. He's been awesome at home, sporting a 2.75 ERA with 47 K's in 59 innings. He could be a very good spot starter.

Opinions?

I'm not going to spot start BHK in Colorado. Sorry, it's just not happening.

I do think he's worth watching, though, in deeper leagues. If he puts together a strong two months, he could be a decent sleeper for next year (again, in deeper leagues).

There's still hope for Brad Lidge!

Coors is now Coors-Light. If BK's pitching well at home then you start him at home.

I've been using BK as a spot-starter for about a month now. He's great in that role because even when he stinks he still usually k's 3 or 4 guys. Watch out for him against teams stacked with lefties though.

In 44.2ip against lefties he's 55h/28k/28bb/6hr. In 55.2ip against righties he's 58h/56k/10bb/3hr. If he faces nothing but lefties his skills project to a 5.37 era. Against righties those skills project to a 2.23 era.
