Oakland Homers: Is Milton Bradley an Everyday OF?

Postby Diggs » Thu Aug 03, 2006 5:22 pm

Is Milton Bradley part of any type of platoon? Is there an injury that makes him an everyday player now but once someone comes off the DL he could see less time? Etc?

Thanks in advance.

I think its more him not being healthy for much of the time this year and working his way back to fulltime. He's always had the tools but has never put it together. He could be a 25-25 guy with a .300 avg every year if he ever does.

bradley has been scorchin hot, he hasn't been playing the last two games against the angels because he had the flu. Before getting the flu he was doing really good. He is a 5 tool player, the A's will and have made swipe bags, he had two stolen bases the other day. He is a lock in Right field, thats why the A's send Dan Johnson to the minors, to make run for Bradley, does that answer you question lol , plus he is batting either front of chavez or behind thomas

He's their #3 hitter, and plays everyday so long as he's healthy and doesnt get ejected. He hits lefties/righties and has a great on base percentage. If Chavez ever gets going again it will only help him out further
