Very, very sad news. My friend just called me and couldn't believe HE was in the plane that flew into the building. This and Darryl Kile's death are two memories of pro-ball that I wish I didn't have.

Ah, yes. As a Reds fan I can't believe I forgot about that. I have far less sympathy for Kile than I do for the others though since his death was drug related.

He did. But I believe they found cocaine in the room where he died.
