Mantle, Snow? Cruz?

Snow and Cruz are awful at the plate. and JT quit switch hitting a couple of years ago cus' he sucked at that too.

But i think what you are looking for is that they are better athletes. Generally to be a switch hitter you have to be a good athlete. Not all baseball players are good athletes. How about Cecil Feilder?

You're forgetting two great current switch hitters. Jorge Posada and Bernie Williams (he was great, but now he's old).

And yes, I think switch hitters are better or more coordinated athletes, since its tougher to be able to hit well from both sides as opposed to one.

Couldn't Mo Vaughn switch-hit? 8-o

i think he was born naturally righty, but his mom taught him to bat lefty.
