I was just looking over my overall rankings for this season and here's what I noticed...

Number of appearances by position in my overall rankings (per draft range)

1B(1-100) 10
1B(101-200) 12

2B(1-100) 1
2B(101-200) 14

3B(1-100) 10
3B(101-200) 11

SS(1-100) 8
SS(101-200) 5

OF(1-100) 28
OF(101-200) 26

Top is the shallowest while bottom is the most plentiful ;-D

In my opinion SS is right there with 2B for the 2nd most scarce position. Yes SS has better players at the top, but as you get towards the middle/end 2b has more. Also I believe the gap will be closed a bit between Utley and who I believe to be the next two 2nd baseman behind him. (Weeks, and Kinsler)
