Poor kid. It's horrible in NYC right now. :-D

Did good considering he jumped from AA to a major league game... much less pitching in NY. Got a win behind that loaded offense, his dad flew from Texas just to see him pitch ;-D

Based on what I saw, next outing I'd expect about 10 runs scored off of him.

Yah I don't think he did all that bad. I think he had some nerves to work off in the early innings, plus it was raining. I think he'll do ok with that changeup of his and if he can locate his curve a bit more.

We'll see how Wright does. He was great in AA. However, I want to see him perform in a close game. Tonight, the game was over after 2 innings. I want to see him have to go 5 tough innings in a real close game....

He had all of 14IP in AA. With that said i think he will struggle to stay up with the big club. His minor league numbers aren't very good (with the exception of the 14IP this year) He's got a career 1.49 WHIP prior to this year and I think i saw a career 4.6 BB/9 in the minors as well. I'd say he has quite a bit to work on yet. We'll see.
