Interesting article on Prior

The biggest thing that is broken down in this article is his lack of speed to the plate. These clips really show Prior being much more deliberate in his delivery and really creating more stress on that shoulder. This is painful for me to watch, considering the amazing mechanics that Prior had in '03.

sad, but I think it just might be. maybe a resurgence in 2 year or something but who knows.
