sheets or escobar if you needs strikeouts....k. wells if you need era/whip, radke/hampton for wins.....and batista for balance in all catergories (i.e. i think hes the best option now that hes got delgadoa and wells giving him run support)

Maybe it's just me, but I wouldn't go so far as to consider some of these as "sorry" pitchers.

Eaton, Wakefield, Leiter, Batista, Wells....

I like Eaton the best.

What about Leiter?...He did very well 2nd half last season after coming off the DL.

you already have him listed 1st,Washburn. With Colon there it take some pressure off the youngster as the ACE.

Im a huge Kip Wells fan but have to realize Wins are hard to come by in Pittsburgh.

Glavine Hampton Washburn

I say Glavine Hampton and Washburn

All of these guys are are risks and are lefty's

All have had great seasons

All have had miserable seasons

I would be most comfortable with Hampton out of the group left but it is a very measely group.
