tiebreak for cbs leagues?

Postby A Fleshner Fantasy » Mon Sep 17, 2007 9:07 pm

I'm tied for 1st right now in my money league on cbssportsline. Does anyone know where within the league page to go to find out what the tiebreak is for that league specifically?

That's on the 'rules' page in our league.

I'm playing in a default 5x5 and a points league on CBS. I'm assuming the tie-break rules are the same regardless of different scoring since it would be troublesome for each league to have unique tiebreaks.

For Roto Leagues
There will be no tie-breaker to determine Rotisserie league champions. In the event of a tie for first place, the tied teams will evenly split any prizes for which they are eligible.

For points league

If there is a tie for the division lead, the following tie-breakers* will be used:

1. Division Record
2. YTD Points Scored

If there is a tie for a Wildcard spot, the following tie-breakers* will be used:

1. YTD Points Scored
2. Points Against

In the event of a tie in a playoff matchup, the team with more points from its reserve (a.k.a. "bench") players will get the victory. If there is still a tie, the team with the home-field advantage gets the victory.
