Why now that they have a spot to fill at 2nd they will probably go get Boone or Kent to fill that spot.. :-[
There will come a day when Barry Bonds leaves baseball, and everything about the game will be the better for it.

cairo or wilson will play 2b I think I read in another post

Soriano might not play 2b at Tex, he might slide to the OF, he was never a great defensive 2b and Young is promising

If this trade goes down, whoever is playing second for the yankees will not be playing second for my fantasy team. This I know for a fact.

That is until the make a trade to fill in that hole. My question is, do they have anyone left in the minors to trade? I didn't think they had anyone left, but I guess there was one warm body left if Texas is getting one.

Alls I have to say to you Boston fans is, you were a couple of million apart and A-Rod could have been yours. I think you should be asking your management why they had to play hardball. Just think, $2 million and Ordonez and A-Rod could have been yours. Funny if you think about it.

no, there isnt much. the catcher diego navarro is our best prospect. jorge depaula could come up and fill in if one of the pitchers goes down. the yankees are gonna have to reload the system for the next few years.

Rotowire's depth chart lists him as the back-up to A-Rod at SS.
