Baldelli or S. Green?

Rocco: 89 R 11 HR 78 RBI .289Avg. 27 SB 128 Ks

"Led AL rookies in batting (.289), stolen bases (27), hits (184),multi-hit games (53), and triples (8) and was 2nd in total bases (265) and runs (89).

Only 15 players in modern major league history have had 184+ hits in a season at Rocco's age or younger...That list includes seven Hall of Famers: Jimmie Foxx, Joe DiMaggio,Ted Williams, Lloyd Waner,Ty Cobb, Hank Aaron and Al Kaline." (From

Shawn Green: 84 R 19 HR 85 RBI .280 Avg 6 SB and 112 Ks

Green obviously had a down year and had shoulder problems.

But his past performance speaks for itself.
"has slugged 211 home runs and collected 646 RBI over his last six campaigns, an average of 35.2 homers and 108 RBI per season...has hit 42 or more homers three times and driven in 100 or more runs on four occasions" (

Who will do better this year?
Will Green see a return of his power?
Will Baldelli up his power/speed and cut down on his K's?
