Picked them both up in my draft. Think both could be potential sleepers with their potential and ball park. Not to mention the weak hitting in the NL West and the pitcher friendly venues.

Anyone care to weigh in?

I live in St. Louis, and after seeing both of them play, I would not touch them with a ten foot pole.

Tomko could be a big sleeper this year. He had a pretty decent 2nd half last season, and has always had potential to be a good starter. If he learns to pitch inside, he'd be a pretty good 3rd starter on a contending team, IMO.

With Righetti as his new pitching coach, as well as playing in SBC, he could be a decent starter this year. I'd take a flyer on him, and keep an eye on him during his first couple of outings ;-D

As for Hermanson, he isn't a worthwhile fantasy pick up. I'd look to drop him.

Be carefull though, neither of them have even won a spot in the rotation yet. Correia and Jenson among others are still in the mix for the 4th and 5th jobs, and may win them before spring is over.

What? Tomko has the 4th spot locked down already. Jensen isn't going to win anything and I'm surprised he's still on the roster. Correia will likely begin the season down in AAA, where he could use another year for seasoning.
