Nah, Mike Young will be leading off. Soriano should be batting third.

I read, Soriano, Young, Blalock, Fullmer/ Jordan, then Teixeira batting fifth. Fullmer to bat against righties.

They are going to maybe work him into some spring games at SS so he can fill in for Michael Young if he needs a break or is injured. Barring injury, M. Young is definitely the starting day SS and Soriano is definitely the starting day 2B.

As for where Soriano bats this season, They have been trying all sorts of things out this spring. E. Young has lead off (playing CF, 2B, 3B, probably more), followed by Michael Young and then Soriano (though Blalock had the day off). Michael Young has also done his share of leading off this spring. From everything i see, it does not look like Texas wants Soriano to lead off this season. I predict that he will bat 3rd.
