what are some randomizer sites? i've seen them before but i forgot to save the url.
it tells you it's going to create the draft order at a certain time and it can't be cheated. all the managers get notified of the time and results.

I had a tough time with finding something to do this last year. The method I used ended up to be a bit convoluted, but it worked.

I ended up at http://dice.evildm.net/ which allows you to send email directly to as many people as you want, and is signed with encryption to ensure the email is indeed sent from their server and not edited and forwarded.

I used the option to run 12 dice, (12 team league) each one has 1000 sides. Teams were given a die roll based on alphabetically, team A got the first roll, team B the second, and so on. The highest number drafted first and so on.

I ran a test first, to show everyone in the league how it worked, then ran the real thing.

Here is what a result looks like:

12d1000: 236, 715, 484, 774, 357, 795, 278, 553, 6, 80, 655, 707 = 5640

So, Team A got 236, team B got 715, etc. With the above results, the sixth team drafted first, the 9th team drafted last.
There are a few things with the New York Yankees that never change. That's pride, tradition, and most of all, we have the greatest fans in the world. -Derek Jeter, 9/21/08 -- last words from old Yankee Stadium

oh i think this one is okay:

http://www.fftoolbox.com/draft_order_generator.cfm

if you put in other owner's email address, it sends the results to them too so you can't cheat it.
