tough one but imo

Choo
Cruz
Quentin ;-D
Pence
-------
Rios
Bruce
Gonzalez
Reimold

I choose Quentin from tier one, if healthy he could put up another 30 homer 100 rbi season like in 08. I also choose Carlos Gonzalez from tier 2-he has 20/20 potential but playing time is unknown. Someone will probably reach for Jay Bruce; he could bust out and hit 30 homers, but I wouldn't bank on it.

Bruce as a 22 yr old with nagging injuries and in the midst of an absolute mess of a season hit 22 HR's in 101 games. Admittedly I'm a little infatuated with Bruce this year but I see him in the upper 20's with upside for low to mid 30's in that bandbox.

Besides missing 3 games after being HBP in the hand, I guess breaking your wrist is a nagging injury as well.

i put all those guys in the same tier. choo and cruz probably lead that list as far as where they will be drafted (dont have the ADP on hand tho), but to me, choo and cruz have gone from sleepers to everyone loving them when their really a dime-a-dozen, but too each his own i guess. predicting breakout players is tricky and based on luck for the most part. (i.e. many drafted chris davis last yr as a sleeper expecting big numbers, but mark reynolds was the better sleeper obviously and both are high K hitters).

out of those guys, i like jay bruce the most. as stated above, bruce hit 22 homers in 350ish AB, as long as he is healthy (he can't be labeled injury prone since last yr was the only yr he had injury issues unless he had issues in the minors that i am unaware of), he is as close to a guarantee of 30 homers you can get at that price, with the upside of 40. the question will be his BA. he could go as low as .220 and could go as high as .300+, thats the sleeper part. i also like reimold, gonzo, and pence out of that deal. pence has been a sleeper the past couple yrs and has come up short by having big month-to-month swings but he still offers 30-15 upside. i like gonzo to go 20+/20+ this yr and i like reimold to go at least 25/15 with the potential for 100 rbis in that improved, young lineup.

Actually Cruz is the closest to a sure thing on that list to hit 30 Hr's as he's already done it.

Cruz (Could be a 30/30 guy still playing for the big payday)
Choo (had a great yeat last year but I think that he hit his max potential)
Bruce (Sky is the limit. A future top 5 OFer, was extremely unlucky with his low batting average last year)
Pence (All the ability hit for average power and has decent SB potential)
Quentin (With 500+ AB's he could easily move up this list)
Gonzalez (as long as the playing time is there)
Rios (Every year we wait for him to break out and every year he regresses)
Reimold (I need to see him do it again before I put him in front of the others)

Cruz (I think he puts up top 5-10 outfield numbers this year)
----------------
Choo (solid production across the board in under-rated offensive team)
Bruce (I think he hits 35 HRs)
------------------
Pence (rising, but on a horrible offensive team)
Quentin (don't trust him)
------------------
Rios (still wasn't as bad as people think in 2009, his worst season - and still young)
Gonzalez (not enough ABs)
Reimold (Still underrated IMO, but not higher than any here)
