Third Base Question

Personally, I would rate those 3:

Crede
Ensberg
Beltre

I know..I know...wacky! But Beltre has WAY too much potential...TOO MUCH POTENTIAL TO RUIN YOUR SEASON. Maybe I am just biased at all the outs he has created for the Dodgers, but I would sure drop him and his .245 batting average you'll see this year from him, even if he's batting third.

Crede just has too much upside to let go, especially if Lee hits 2 and Crede hits 5. No way they leave him at 7-8th this year.

I would pull the trigger on Beltre for sure, but maybe even Ensburg. I guarantee you'd regret dropping Crede.

Beltre is a piece of crap. The strong possibility that he will hit in the .250 range will absolutely kill you if you are in roto. He is guy that no one should have on their team.

If I were you, I might actually consider dropping both Crede and Beltre for help in other areas--I think that you can be confidant that Ensberg will give anywhere from a solid to very good season--although people said that about Hinske last year and he turned out to be pretty worhtless.

Thanks for all the input. I got exactly what I expected. Everyone went a different way on this subject. I actually think the best advice I got was from Cornbread. I might just keep all three and see how they perform before making any moves.

Drop Redding. Crede is not crap. If you must drop a 3b, drop Beltre.
