Ill give everyone a pass from the 97-04 era, honestly, although its still tainted, but continued failed tests, wont get him in, I bet he doesnt get over 50% for 10 yrs+

So I guess the general consensus is that a Jennings callup is not imminent? If it were, would he be an add in all leauges? I like his minor league numbers. Doesn't have much power, but a ~.300 hitter with a ton of SBs and a terrific success rate. I guess he could easily sputter like Dexter Fowler has so far in his young career, but there should be a lot of upside there for a player with a similar skill set.
