Good thing I already picked up Herges in a couple of leagues. Maybe the Nen owners would like to make a deal. :-)

Of the team that's listed, I'd drop R. Soriano and grab Herges.

B. Meyers
M. Bautista
J. Nathan
D. Riske
J. Reyes
M. Byrd

They are the only players I don't start.

You sure he wasn't talking about Felix Rodriguez? FeRod has one pitch, fastball. Herges is a decent pitcher.

I wouldn't even grab AJ Burnett off the waiver wire at this point. He isn't going to pitch for awhile yet, and I doubt he does much this year so soon after TJ surgery.

Next year is the time to get back on the AJ bandwagon. There are few pitchers I root for more than Burnett, but I'm taking a year off the Burnett bandwagon.
