Chavez. This year, and every year from now on.

Look for Eric Chavez and Scott Rolen to battle for best third bagger honours with Troy Glaus not far behind them.
The odds of the AL MVP coming from the American League are looking pretty good.

While pujols will put up better numbers than either Glauss or Rolen, and technically qualifies at 3B this year, his days of playing third are probably over unless Rolen gets injured.

This is a good question, and I have wondered who will do better myself. I would stick with Chavez as well, as he tends to have a better batting average. Not that Glaus doesn't have great power, but I saw Chavez hit a homer that still hasn't landed. I think he could park one with one of those little souvenir bats.

Edge to Chavez for the year, but I think Glaus will do even better this year than he has in the past. His biggest drawback are those long streaks in which he goes 0 fer.

No question, Chavez is the better pick. Even if Glaus ended up with better numbers, Chavez is a lock to post a solid year, unless he gets injured. Glaus could stink up the joint almost as easily as he could tear it up. I hate headaches on my team. Pencil Chavez in every week, and you never worry about him. That's real nice.

Chavez is the better pick for this one, even thoug i agree with Pujols being the best player thats eligable for 3rd base. Nothing wrong with Glaus but i feel it goes Pujols Chavez, Rolen then Glaus. I'm out, peace.

both are good, but its a been a few years now that glaus was supposed to have a huge year, and maybe this is the year. but i'd go with chavez, he seems to be alittle further ahead of glaus
