Lugo, Gonzalez (Cubbies), or Crosby

Postby Eli » Fri Apr 02, 2004 8:44 pm

I have left myself kind of short @ shortstop and am forced to go to the waiver wire to pick one up.

Who do you think will be the best in the long run?

Lugo, Gonzalez (Cubbies), or Crosby?

Being a diehard Chicago fan, it's tough not to go with Gonzalez but we all know you can't play that way if you want to win... ;-)

It means "beginner." And Crosby has the most potential, though Agon is the safest choice (read: easiest to predict). I'd choose Crosby as would everyone I know. But at least with Agon you know what kind of mediocrity that you're getting.

Gotta go with Crosby over those two junkies. At the very least, Crosby has never had as bad a season as those guys have had :-D
The odds of the AL MVP coming from the American League are looking pretty good.
