"Jimy one m" seems to be auditioning Ensberg and Lamb to see who'll get the majority of the starts. It's Ensberg/Blum all over again. And Lamb had a pretty good night so I'd be worried if I had Ensberg on my team.

Here's what SportingNews has to say on the subject (for whatever it's worth):

Manager Jimy Williams wrote Mike Lamb's name into the lineup for the second game of the season instead of Ensberg, though Williams cautioned there's no ulterior motive. "I just want to get everyone into a game as soon as I can," said Williams, who last year platooned the right-handed Ensberg with the departed Geoff Blum, who bats left. "Don't read anything into it. Morgan's still our third baseman.

Fantasy Source spin: Sounds like a truthful answer from the skipper. Williams probably wanted to get Lamb into the action so he can get rid of any early-season butterflies. Just like Williams says, Ensberg is still his guy.

I'd definitely be looking for another alternative and with the injury to D. Young, 3B might start looking shallow in some leagues.

Hello.......Jimy doesn't care about your fantasy team. Seems like the move worked pretty well this time.

True that. Lamb was the one bright spot in that snoozer last night. He was flashing some glove love. But I need Ensberg to play, darnit!!

Madison, in one league, I have Chavez, Lowell, and Ensberg. Should I try to trade one of them now while 3B is shallow?

I'd move Ensberg if you can find a taker. Post it on the message board and see what kind of offers you can get.

Why have 3 third basemen? :-?
