Well comparing a Cy Young winner who has proven dominance, to a guy who has never pitched a season but gets hype like hes Cy friggin Young, is a ridiculous!

I started Clement and Affeldt today...needless to say my ERA lead just took a nice fall.

You're supposed to be a sleeper Affeldt...WAKE UP!

I'm not comparing them, I'm just saying that anyone can have a bad start, no matter how good they are...but I do agree, he is getting shelled out there.

No one was saying affeldt was going to be a cy young winner. I've always said 12-15 wins, 3.5era, and a good whip. Not bad for a 4-5 starter.

Geez...Mussina, Morris, Halladay, Loazia and now Affeldt. Had a 6.54 team ERA going into today....and it will only get worse. DAMN! This is sickening.

Yep..just checked Statracker...and my team ERA is now 7.02. The kick in the ass is....I am actually beating my opponent who has a 7.34 team ERA! LOL!

C'mon, now. Affeldt's ERA dropped SIX full points in the last 20 minutes!! At this rate, it'll be negative by tomorrow.
Blessed are the cheesemakers.

he still has no K's thru 4 innings... And looking at his spring training, he hardly got any strikeouts. I could be wrong but so far, he doesnt look like a K guy
