Funny, I just talked to him and he says that you suck harder than a Hoover :-D

Do us a favor, don't rush to judgements this week. ALL OF YOU inundating this forum with HE SUCKS posts due to one bad outing are foolish and just cluttering up a great forum!

I mean that in the nicest way possible... :-°

The Indians are a pretty good offensive team this year though.

Last 7 games they've scored: 13, 8, 6, 3, 4, 6, and 11

(bold being regular season)

Let's give Jeremy the benefit of the doubt here.

I am not going to drop Affeldt for one bad (excuse me...pathetic start)...and he will get the benfit of the doubt from me. But....dang....not one positive number out of him today! Not even a K that I could hang my hat on. LOL

Look ihave affeldt too and yes this kind of starts do hurt when you have such high expectations for the guy but suck it up and trust your instincts. I still have high hopes for him.

Affeldt

Postby PacmanJr » Thu Apr 08, 2004 4:03 pm

Royal Fan analysis

Affeldt is not getting drilled today, the umpire has squeezed him today (and he squeezed D'Amico also, but we couldnt do anything with our good pitches). In addition to that, Cleveland has had quite a few ground balls with eyes today.

If Affeldt keeps pitching like he is today, he will normally give up maybe 3 runs in 6-7 innings.

But, go ahead and drop him for Estes. After all, Estes will win 33 games this year!
