Roy Oswalt or Kevin Brown?

good post topic, tough decision.

Brown still scares me for some reason, even though oswalt's groin could certainly act up at any time. however, don't let houston's park overshadow oswalt's stuff. he will get plenty of run support and looked great in his first start (minus jimy's idiotic decision to freeze him by chatting for 10 minutes before pitching to bonds).

My pick is Oswalt.

I'd stick with Oswalt in this situation.

Assuming both are healthy, I gotta go with Brown and it's not really even close.

it is pretty even, try to keep em both and switch them off if that is posiible- but, if i had to choose, it would be BROWN- since he is with the yankees, he shall get run support and therefore wins!!!

Oswalt - younger, easier league, spectacular pitcher on the rise.

Brown has the stuff - but he is always injured. The Yankees mean more wins, but a tough division means even the best pitchers get shelled...

I had the choice of both, and took Oswalt.

definetly Oswalt. he is the ace on one of the best rotations in baseball. also, Brown has to show he can repeat last year's numbers.

Oz all the way. You have to watch out for Brown's age. He also is a little more injury prone than Oz.

Oswalt will get some run support, but Brown will get more. All of the Astros' stars are aging except Berkman, and he just hasn't been himself the past year or so.
