Eric Milton - Predicitons?

Postby planet » Fri Apr 09, 2004 11:49 am

his career average K/BB ratio is 2.62 to 1.. thats not too shabby!
he's got a mid-to-upper-90s fastball...
and has a career 1.29 WHIP and 4.76 ERA
it seems his biggest problem is giving up the long-ball...

what do you guys expect from Eric Milton this season?

i really hope that he can have a nice little season. he's got good stuff, and a couple years ago he was a delicious pitcher there is no reason why he shouldn't win 16-17 games on a nice little team like the twins

No reason why he can't win that many with the Phillies either this season!

Delicious? 8-o

Anyway, hope you like cheesesteaks (Milton's pitching for the Phillies).

I think Milton will have a good season, however I don't like him tonight against Florida. I think he might get shelled.

Please man, dont ever refer to any player as delicious.

i'm starting him also, but that is partly b/c i am seriously behind in pitching categories in my weekly h2h league.

First starts of the season can be rough but I like Milton this year and see no reason to sit him tonight vs the fish.

Milton had an awesome spring and really looked good from what I saw. I have been trying to trade for him, but right now I am going to wait until after his first start then take another look.

But you might as well start him today.
