Stattracker says that he does, but on the box score it doesn't have any SB's down for TB..I'm pretty sure he did have two, but I just wanna make sure.

wait...now it says

-G. Blum struck out looking
-R. Fick hit for T. Hall
-R. Fick homered to deep right
-R. Sanchez grounded out to shortstop
-C. Crawford singled to right
-C. Crawford stole second
-C. Crawford stole third
-J. Lugo walked, C. Crawford to second
-A. Huff grounded out to shortstop
-End of Inning (1 Run, 2 Hits, 0 Errors)

Stole second, stole third, goes to second after Lugo walked? Am I missing something? Anyone here watch it?

back in the day when players still stole bases, 100 SBs wasnt too uncommon. I think the record is like 146, not sure. but in todays game of power ball, teams dont want to risk losing the chance of a big inning by a Caught Stealing. Therefore, far less stolen bases.

i bet your chances of seeing a guy steal 100 bases is the same as seeing a guy hit 74 home runs

Good point, but the D-Rays don't really have much power and will be trying to score any way they can...as we saw yesterday with stealing second and then third. Now don't get me wrong, I don't think that it's probable that he'll steal 100, but he will be up there, ahead of everyone else...IMO.

Btw- The record is 138 I believe, by something Nichols...don't remember his first name.

100 is not out of the question. It's not likely, but Carl is gonna try to steal almost anytime he has the opportunity. I've always said that 55-60 is a good place to project him to. But projections are a more conservative animal predictions. I can certainly see Crawford getting well beyond the 60 SB range.
